Meditation is a wonderful practice to include in your daily routine, giving you a little time and space to be truly present in the moment. A regular meditation practice can increase your sense of relaxation, well-being, clarity and focus. In addition the practice of meditation develops mindfulness, which can increase emotional and mental resilience. Though meditation can be beneficial to all, this makes meditation practice especially valuable for those under high stress, and those suffering from depression or anxiety.

Taking the Meditation Course with Kat
The course is conducted as a series of eight private Skype sessions (approximately one hour per session). Each session will be individually tailored to you, and there will be ample opportunity for questions and discussion as we go through the course.
